Supplies
Kits come with everything needed to submit a specimen. CAMP uses UPS — specimen packs include prepared labels with tracking numbers so the location of your patient's specimen is always known. Kits come in a pack of 16 and include biohazard bags, CAMP requisition forms, formalin-filled bottles, shipping bags, and labels. For individual items, choose from the list below. Please fill out the form completely, including suite number where applicable.

Pickups
Schedule a specimen pickup from your office. Our courier network also serves remote clinicians via UPS.
