Kits come with everything needed to submit a specimen.  CAMP uses UPS or FedEx for practitioners outside of courier range.  These specimen packs come with prepared labels with tracking numbers to ensure that the location of your patient's specimen is always known.  Kits come in a pack of 16.  Each kit comes with biohazard bags, CAMP requisition forms, formalin filled bottles, shipping bags and labels.
