Dr. Strausburg completed his undergraduate training, medical school, dermatology residency and dermatopathology fellowship at Indiana University.  He was the president of his medical school class and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha for outstanding achievement.  He was chosen to be chief resident for dermatology.

Since his fellowship, Dr. Strausburg practices both clinical dermatology and dermatopathology, enabling the best possible clinicopathologic correlation for difficult cases.  He has published multiple articles in both areas and enjoys teaching residents on clinical rotations and at the microscope.
